I'm sorry. I've known this pain, too. Take care. Have you ever read the poem The Rainbow Bridge???

Oh Kendra! This is a wonderful tribute to Chloe.

We did something wonderful after our dogs passed away - Travis had a really rough time with it. We have a pottery-painting place here, and you can also do mosaic tiles. So, we had Travis paint tiles for each dog and we set them in a stepping stone that is now part of our garden. It was a wonderful way to remember the puppies that used to tromp on my plants! :-)

Chloe was a sweet member of your family, and it is okay to be sad about her. She's still in your hearts.

FYI - I grew up with a schnauzer...best dog I ever had. Heidi was with me from age 5 until 21. She was definitely my sister.

Aww, she's a cutie.

You gave her a great life. She's a lucky girl.

Thanks for sharing these pictures. I had a picture of Chloe in my mind, but seeing her is much better. What a sweet dog! You all gave her such of a great life filled with lots of love.

Just want to say that I love Judy's idea about the stepping stones. We made a marker for one of our dogs. Each of them, that have passed on, are buried (ashes) in our backyard. In addition, we have picture frames up around the house from each as well.
